What is The Hypnosis is Amazing Show?
The Hypnosis is Amazing Show is a comedy stage hypnosis and mentalism show. This interactive show exists to help people laugh while having their minds blown by a 5,000-year-old life-changing technology that is incredibly misunderstood and underrated.
This show at FFX Theatre is FAMILY FRIENDLY (but still hilariously fun!)
Opening act features John Schildroth of RVA Magic, along with some special FFX Games hosted by the show emcee, Tim Ritter.
If I go to the show do I have to be hypnotized? Will I be made to tell all of my secrets and bark like a chicken?
The only people who can be hypnotized are those who want to be. The only things those people who are hypnotized will do are those things they want to do.
What Will I See at the Show?
Some of the things you might see are mind-reading, people speaking in Martian, someone might forget their name or they might start dancing like crazy. The only thing that is certain is every show is different.
The Hypnotist: Colin Chapman
Colin has been doing hypnosis professionally for over a decade. He has hypnotized thousands of people and has specialized training in hypnosis for ADD/ADHD, pain, smoking, helping first responders, instant inductions, stage hypnosis, and much more.
When Colin was growing up, he never once thought or said, “When I grow up I’m going to be a firefighter, astronaut, or hypnotist.” In fact, he became a hypnotist completely and totally by accident.
He lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Leslie. They have two adult children and two dogs.
