I have a question about ticketing or credit card processing, can you help?
Sure! Click here to go to our Contact Us page for additional FAQ items or to reach out for help. We accept all the typical credit cards via our web site and at the theatre, and you can also use PayPal online and other contactless payment methods (ApplePay, Samsung, Venmo, etc) in our concessions area.
How do I get to FFX?
See map and directions here, including parking information.
What should my family expect from the show?
FUN! And a lot more. FFX hosts unique theatrical shows, with humor and games, unlike any show you've seen elsewhere. You get to play along with audience challenges and on-stage games that involve you and your kids in all the fun, creating a memorable shared experience along with laughs and more. The shows connect with all ages, it's not just for the kids. Younger children who can watch a feature-length movie, older children, teenagers, mom, dad, and even grandparents have enjoyed the show. With the interactive elements, the show can vary in length from around 90 to 110 minutes, including a short intermission.
Is the theatre accessible?
Our theatre is an older building and the performance/audience space is all on the second story, so while we endeavor to be accessible we know there are limits for some patrons or groups.
There is NOT an elevator available in the building, but we will help in any other way we can to accommodate. The main entrance has one wide flight of carpeted stairs with large brass railings (20 steps, typical 2-story commercial building). These stairs have been navigated by many persons with limited mobility, including walkers and other support, but each patron must judge their own limits.
The main theatre area upstairs has a few short ramps to allow easy accessibility to platformed seating areas and to the concession/bar area.
We do regret if the current space limits your family members from being able to attend the show and hope our future renovation plans will increase our accessibility for everyone.
Why should I get tickets for FFX online?
Our box office is open limited hours on show days, so it is easiest to reserve seats online for your visit. Once tickets are purchased they do not need to be printed out, you will receive an email with the tickets. Show your tickets to the box office attendant on your smartphone for admission.
- Purchase tickets using your credit/debit card/PayPal from the comfort of your computer or phone.
- Choose your seat and price preferences. If the event is assigned seat, you can pick your seat on the interactive seating chart. Many events are general admission, so no seating chart is shown when selecting your tickets.
- Fast and easy delivery via email. Printing is optional, as it is easier to simply show your e-tickets on your phone to be scanned upon arrival at the theatre.
What is there to eat and drink at the show?
Our Road Trip Diner & Bar has a limted amount of concessions (popcorn, nachos, candy, etc.) as well as fountain drinks, energy drinks, along with select beers, wines, and some fun cocktail selections.
We also make pizza available for pre-order only - so look for that when checking out with your tickets or for the link in the email after getting your tickets. Sometimes we have a few extra slices for purchase, but the only way to guarantee fresh, hot pizza for the show is to pre-order it (no less than 2 hours before showtime).
Did we mention we have popcorn that everyone loves!
