Big News for Virginia Talent + Music Fans
FFX is again hosting "Something Indie Water", a one-day festival celebrating indie talent from around the Hampton Roads area.
This year's event includes:
- Kadence
An incredibly versatile musician that jumps between jamming iconic hits, intimate acoustic tones, and a never-heard-before style. A VEER-nominated artist with a diverse discography under their name, Kadence is somehow able to produce a large-scale sound completely on their own.
- A Man to Cook For
A Man to Cook For is an indie/folk-punk/emo project that plays both full band and acoustic sets. They started playing together in college and have since shared the stage with many 757 greats. AC, the guitarist/vocalist occasionally plays solo shows like this one when the band can't make it out.
- Serenity V
Serenity V is a multi dimensional instrumentalist experimenting with genres to open her audience up to love, peace, positive change and the endless inspirations life has to offer through surreal ambient sounds. Performing solo and with collaborators up and down the East Coast, Serenity V is focused on unifying communities by contributing and supporting them with her capability to shape shift into any role.

Doors open at 11:30, first act begins at Noon. Event concludes at 4pm
